A liquid-liquid extraction method was used for sample preparation before isocratic separation on Gemini C18 columns. A triple quadrupole mass spectrometer, outfitted with an electrospray ionization source, was employed for analytical detection. Sofosbuvir's validated plasma concentration range was 5-2000 ng/mL. Simultaneously, its CSF and serum (SF) ranges were 5-100 ng/mL.
