Evaluating the dynamic precision of modern artificial neural networks using 3D coordinates for robotic arm deployment at varying forward speeds from an experimental vehicle was performed to compare recognition and localization accuracy. Agricultural irrigation effectiveness hinges on the accurate measurement of moisture in the soil profile. Based on high-frequency capacitance technology, a portable and simple pull-out sensor for rapid and low-cost in-situ soil profile moisture detection was constructed. A moisture-sensing probe and a data processing unit combine to form the sensor. Through the application of an electromagnetic field, the probe gauges soil moisture and outputs a frequency signal. The data processing unit's primary function is the detection of signals and the subsequent transmission of moisture content data to a smartphone app. The moisture content of different soil layers is ascertained by vertically adjusting a tie rod, which connects the data processing unit and the probe. Gait recognition, the process of identifying an individual by their distinct manner of walking, is often hindered by environmental factors such as the type of clothing worn, the angle from which the walk is viewed, and the presence of objects carried. This paper proposes a multi-model gait recognition system which fuses Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and Vision Transformer architectures to address these difficulties. To initiate the process, a gait energy image is created by averaging the data gathered throughout a gait cycle. The gait energy image is subsequently processed by three distinct models: DenseNet-201, VGG-16, and a Vision Transformer. These models, pre-trained and fine-tuned, successfully capture the unique gait features that are distinctive to each individual's walk. Prediction scores, based on encoded features for each model, are aggregated through summation and averaging to form the final class label. This multi-model gait recognition system's performance was benchmarked against three datasets: CASIA-B, OU-ISIR dataset D, and the OU-ISIR Large Population dataset. Anchor loss, coupled with the dissipation from phonon-phonon interactions (PPID), significantly influences the energy loss profile of high-order WEMs. High-order resonators' significant effective stiffness manifests in a large motional impedance. A novel combined tether was meticulously designed and comprehensively optimized to quell anchor loss and lessen motional impedance. A reliable and simple silicon-on-insulator (SOI) fabrication process was employed for the batch fabrication of the resonators. Experimental tethering, in combination, reduces anchor loss and motional impedance.
